All I needed was an interior detail concentrating on the seats being shampooed. The seats in my vehicle are light gray and it doesn’t take much to get them dirty. $75 and was told 11/2 hours to complete. No problem. I come back in an hour and my vehicle was out front being wiped down from an exterior clean. Bonus right. So I wait for it to be finished and get in to leave and all I can see and feel is greasy plastic everywhere. The instrument cluster cover was so greasy it looked like a big blur. I drove around to the side to take a closer look. Basics basics basics. The seats are wet but still dirty. The lint and dirt bits you find in the seams of your seats all still there. Stains on the seats still there. I got a towel from the trunk and with a little scrubbing they came off. The front windshield in direct sunlight full of streaks. The b pillar was filthy. Splatters of tire shine all over the dash. Not wiped down at all. My car may not be something to look at but I do expect to get the job I paid for.
