I have been going here for over 12 years and never a bad experience. Never had mechanical work done - just oil changes, state inspections, and a couple minor adjustments but always good service and good advice - some of the people there are "car nuts" and care about cars. Big yellow lab in the office is Spark Plug and little one is Shelby. Recommend.

I start working around the area, my engine light went on and I like to take care my car, right away. So I check Yelp, call a couple places for oil change and when I call Kwik Car of Allen the person who answer was friendly and eager to help me. When I get there the guys were attentive, helpful and took care my car. Jonathan recommend a couple things that need to be done, he was honest and didnt pressure me or worst exagerate it about the additional services that my car needs. As a woman that doesnt know about car maintenance I really appreciated it. Overall you receive excellent customer service, the waiting room is nice and clean, the whole staff are friendly and pleasant. will go back in 5000 miles Good job guys ! :)

"Kwik" is an understatement. An oil change, transmission flush, filter change, air in my tires, etc ALL IN UNDER 20 MINS! Great customer education and friendliness all around. Very happy with my service. Don't forget the 10% off service discount on yelp like I did.

I thought I needed a new starter, but it was something else less expensive. How many times do car places tell you the repair is less than what you thought? This place was awesome.

Very thankful for honest and kind mechanics! I went into Kwik Kar to get my brakes checked due to a noise they were making. The mechanic told me that my brakes were fine and were making the noise because they were glazed due to the way that I use them. Thanks Kwik Kar!
