About a month after I wrote my review, the general manager from this store contacted me about my experience. He said he was terribly sorry for the way I was treated and asked if I would come back in, and he would make sure I was taken good care of. He kept his word and then some. I can honestly say that Harry P. really cares about the customer experience and he clearly cares about the reputation of his store. I brought my car back in last week and he greeted me, got my car checked in and took care of everything and then some. (As a side note, I had bent my car key so was using a spare, he took it upon himself to fix the key for me, that's the "then some".) I was also told about their frequent customer card, and the car wash down the street. I'm very satisfied with the service that I received this time. And it's nice to know that people really care about their customer service. So I will have to retract my previous statement, I will definitely go back again.
